La Comunidad Ticas del pueblo Comechingón, Territorio Cochatalasacate Indígena, denuncia que este pasado Viernes 21 de agosto, se presentó un grupo de personas con máquinas para desmontar en un terreno aledaño e intentaron pasar por el territorio de la comunidad. Los terrenos en conflicto y en situación irregular son parte de un loteo de los años 40, cuyos titulares jamás ejercieron posesión efectiva y que ya vienen teniendo problemas con otros/as titulares, no con la comunidad. Lo que están intentando en este contexto actual de pandemia es poseer y avanzar sobre las tierras con máquinas que no tienen habilitación de Policía Ambiental ni de la Secretaría de Ambiente de la provincia para trabajar en la zona.
